Have old board games and RPG books taking up space? Lets find them a new home!

We are hosting a community yard sale for used board games and RPG books Saturday, October 12 from 11am-3pm central time.

Have stuff to sell? Fill out a yard sale price sheet and drop your items off from Saturday, October 5 - Friday, October 11 between the hours of 11am and 8pm

How selling works in 5 easy steps:

    1. Price your items with a price sheet. (download)
      2. Drop off your items the week leading up to the sale. Prices are yard sale style. What we call "priced to move" in the business.
        3. We will handle selling your items on the day of the event.
          4. Pick up any items that didn't sell.
            5. Choose which form of payment you would like for your payout.
              • 70% in store credit
              • or
              • 50% in Cash

            Important Dates:

Drop off your items between the hours of 11am and 8pm Saturday, Oct 5 - Friday, Oct 11.

Event takes place Saturday, Oct 12 from 11am to 3pm.

Get your payout and pickup unsold items between Sunday, Oct 13 - Sunday, Oct 20

            Payouts explained:

When you return to pick up your unsold items you will get your choice of:

            • 70% of your sold items in store credit

            or

            • 50% of your sold items in cash.

Pay out is based on total value of items sold (ex: Zach sells 10 items priced at $10 each, worth a total of $100, this means he can be paid out $70 in store credit or $50 in cash. When he returns to pick up his items he will choose which payout he would prefer.)

            Friendly Reminders:

Remember the intention of this event is to give your games a new home. If you have an item that is expensive or sought after and you want to sell it for more than our maximum price, $35, this event may not be the best place to sell your item. Only board games and RPG (role-playing game) books will be accepted for this event. (no video games, miniatures, etc.) All sales will be final.

            FAQ:

What can I sell at the event?

Board Games and RPG books of all age groups. No other items will be accepted.

What if I can’t pick up my items between the dates of Oct 13 - Oct 20?

If you can not make it to pick up your items or payouts during the dates of Oct 13 - Oct 20 you can call to make arrangements for a time when you can pick up your items/payouts. If no arrangements are made you will not receive a payout and left over items will be donated.

How many items can I sell?

We don’t have a maximum number of items you can sell but if you plan to bring more than 10 items its highly suggested that you come in earlier in the day so that our staff has time to receive and catalog all of your items. Drop offs are not accepted past 8pm.

Do I need to attend the sale?

You do not, however many sellers like to attend to see what others are selling and take advantage of the deals.

Do you guarantee that all the game pieces are present?

We do not. When we receive games we do not check to make sure all of the parts are present. All items are sold as is.

Can I send someone else to pick up my items?

Yes. Just make sure to contact us before hand to let us know. The easiest way to make arrangements is to call the store. Phone: 812-401-0324

Can I give my payout to someone else?

Yes. Just make sure to contact us before hand to let us know. The easiest way to make arrangements is to call the store. Let us know who you would like to give your payout to and have them come in to receive the payout and/or pick up any leftover games. Phone: 812-401-0324

How do I price my items?

Your game prices are set at your discretion. We have set specific price points to help you determine a price. $35 is the maximum price we will allow for this event. If you have an item that is expensive or sought after this may not be the best way to sell that item. In terms of choosing a price we’ve seen the best results with prices that are set at half or less-than-half of the MSRP price. Setting a last hour price of about half of that number can help sell your item as well.
